A Weekend of Rebooting
How long does it truly take before the stuff of the day takes over our lives? It seems like a brief time of busyness, some stress and a little worry, and then next thing you know we're on overload.
This is not how God intended for our hours, days and weeks to go. We're not like a computer that can just be replaced when there's a hardware or software malfunction. But some days we feel like something's got to give.
Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit. Psalm 51:10-12
Make this a weekend of rebooting your system. Draw closer to the Lord and allow His presence alone to restart you fresh, ready to go about His business.
