Homemade Baked Tortilla Chips
The men of our church had a campout a couple of weeks ago, spending the night at a nearby park. In addition to fall cupcakes and peanut butter cookies, I made them a bag of baked tortilla chips.
They're incredibly easy to make, and they're a healthier alternative to fried, fatty chips.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray two baking sheets with nonstick spray. Then cut a bag of tortillas into triangles.
Lay the triangles out on the baking sheets and lightly spray them again. Sprinkle them with salt and cayenne pepper to taste. (Play around with difference spices until you find a combination you absolutely love.)
Bake the chips at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes, until the edges are brown and fold up a little. Serve with your favorite dip or salsa.
