Peppermint And White Chocolate Dipped Sugar Cookies

These sweet holiday cookies are simple to make and impossible to put down! They're perfect for taking to a church fellowship, giving away at a cookie exchange or wrapping up for a lovely little gift.

Perfectly round cookies aren't necessary, but if you use pre-measured cookie dough, they'll all be a uniform size. Bake them according to the package directions and let them cool completely.

Then set up a Christmas cookie assembly line. Melt three bricks of white almond bark in the microwave and stir until it's smooth. Crush about a dozen starlight mints and put the crumbs in a small bowl. Cover a baking sheet or cutting board with parchment paper.

Then dip your cookies, hold them over the bowl and sprinkle on the peppermint. Line them up on the parchment paper and put the whole board in the refrigerator. Once they've hardened, store them somewhere cool or give them away immediately.
